AGREEMENT

By using PATCHED. ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WHAT PATCHED. IS

PATCHED. is an entertainment product. It generates humorous, fictional "patch notes" based on quiz answers. Results are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not use results for diagnosis, hiring, relationship decisions, or anything serious.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using PATCHED., you confirm you meet this requirement.

FULL PATCH — PAID FEATURE

• Price: €2.99 one-time payment per unlock attempt on a device.
• No subscription.No recurring charges.
• No account required.Unlock is stored locally in your browser after verified payment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

REFUNDS

Because the Full Patch is digital content delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided once content is unlocked. If you experience a technical issue (payment succeeded but content did not unlock), contact us within 14 days with your Stripe receipt and we will resolve it.

SHARING

You may share your results and generated images freely. Shared links encode your quiz answers and optional name in the URL. Only share if you are comfortable with that information being visible to anyone with the link.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including emotional reactions to patch notes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
